There are my cousin Luciano and my friend Jackqueline.
My cousin went to see his doctor for a physical exam last wwk.
He gave him some medicine and examined his eyes.
The doctor said drinking to excess is harmful to his health and the trainer advised my cousin to get plenty of excercise.
I think it`s difficult to cahnge bad habits but perhaps he will try...
